While our show does not have a formal jury process, we use photos and websites to determine acceptance to the show. Please attach 1 photo of your booth setup and 3 product photos:

Note: Official payment links will be issued by Sept 1st to accepted Vendors. Payment is not due until that time.

Booth Size: Approx. 75 sq ft. Depending on location, it can be 8x10ft, 7x11ft or 9x9ft.

Note:  This year's show is a 2-day event. We will not be charging for admission either days, so the show will be open to the public on both Friday and Saturday.

The schedule will be:
Thursday Dec 12th Set-Up 4-8pm
Friday Dec 13th Set-Up 10am-1pm
Friday Dec 13th Bazaar 2pm-7pm (free @ the door)
Saturday Dec 14th Bazaar 10am-4pm (free @ the door)

*There is no option at this time to participate only 1 of the days.

By entering in your full name below, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms stated below. 1. Hold Harmless Agreement - Vendors understand and acknowledge that Cornerstone Church, it's staff, volunteers and affiliates are in no way responsible for damage to property, bodily injury, or theft of merchandise. - Vendors are encouraged to not leave merchandise unattended or left over-night after the Thursday set-up/Friday event. Vendors understand that there is no staff or security left to supervise the safety of displays or products on the Thursday after the set-up/Friday's event. 2. Subletting/Booth Sharing - Vendors are allowed to share booth space with other crafters. All crafters must inform the bazaar officials of the products they are going to sell and must abide by all the rules outlined in the application. - The Wonderfully Made Christmas Bazaar does not facilitate booth sharing; vendors are encouraged to find others to share their space with on their own, if they wish to share a booth. 3. Advertising - By participating in the Wonderfully Made Christmas Bazaar, vendors give permission for photographs, video and other advertising related matters to Cornerstone Church and its affiliates. Vendors are given the opportunity for additional advertising by submitting photographs of their crafts to bazaar officials. Photographs will become the property of Cornerstone Church and will not be returned. 4. Cancellation Policy - Booth space and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations submitted to the Bazaar Committee 60 days prior to the date of the show may be considered for a refund at their discretion.
