The information provided below can help emergency medical personnel provide time sensitive care for your child. Cornerstone Church will keep a paper copy on hand for each child to accompany them in the event of a medical emergency. All information will be securely disposed of after the completion of AWANA year.

This year's registration fee includes the cost of the child's uniform, book, bag, awards, game supplies, and other expenses related to making Cornerstone Kids' AWANA Club a great tool for ministry and discipleship for the children. If your clubber loses or breaks an item please be prepared to cover the additional cost to replace the item. If you have concerns about the cost of registration, please don't let the cost prevent your child from participating in this great ministry.
